14:50 Eran’s Been Playing Darkest Dungeon
The games I’ve bought:
Darkest Dungeon – Atmospheric, fun turn-based combat, insanity as a core mechanic. What’s not to love.
Lichdom: Battlemage – I’ve been told it has some interesting spell mechanics, I wanna check it out.
Battlelore: Command – I already like the Battlelore system, from the board game, and I heard good things about this implementation.
Renowned Explorers – Great “feel”, great concept, great ideas (overcoming adversaries in various ways, not just fighty-fighty).
Sheltered – “emotional survival management game” about a family in a fallout shelter.
Door Kickers – Supposedly a really good example of its genre (which I love), of tactical squad combat. Even though it’s in real-time.
Victor Vran – I enjoy a good Diablo-clone, and this was recommended to me by several different friends.
Kingdom – Managing a kingdom… as a D2 sidescroller? Interesting.
Tropico 5 – I enjoyed Tropico 2 a lot, and a Facebook aquantince and fellow comics creator Tomix said the 5th one is great as well.
Stardew Valley – I’m a sucker for “manage your life and do lots of chores” games.
Undertale – Time for me to finally play through this much talked-about game.
Astrox: Hostile Space Excavation – I’m a sucker for “manage your life and do lots of chores IN SPACE” games.
