Tales of Exandria II – Drawn by Aviv!
Professional comics artist Aviv who for some reason has been drawing Crystal Heart for 7 years for free is drawing the new mini-series from Critical Role – The Tales of Exandria II–Artagan! The first issue is already out, with three more to follow. Look for it in your friendly local comics shop.
“Legend in the Mist” – Soon on Kickstarter!
For the past year I’ve been working with Amit of Son of Oak on the new game engine for the company, and it’s really good. It’s the kind of “wait, maybe there’s no reason to keep working on my own engine since this does much of the same, and I want my group to play it” good.
Son of Oak just announced the next game to use this engine, which will launch next month on Kickstarter. Legend in the Mist is a “rustic fantasy” game, which uses City of Mist‘s brilliant theme concept to allow you to evolve your character in a dramatically satisfying way – your hobbit can start out as a bumbling fool, become a jaded explorer, and finally turn into an advisor for kings, all the while being effective and useful in the party, and just as much as Gandalf. They’re simply useful in different ways, depending on their tags.
