We first saw Dastardly Cowboy Hat way back in Wild at Heart, when Lily revealed a bit of her backstory to make a cool description for a throw. It seems he’s an Agent who did something horrible to Raf’s best friend – okay, I’ll be straightforward, he killed her. Now it seems like he’s also Contessa’s supervisor, and hands up if that doesn’t totally make sense.
We last saw the name Arman when Lily described a tale of desire! during the interlude.
